Product description

Self-Locking Perforated Cable Tray – Tool-Free Snap-Fit + Ventilated Cable Management

This product combines the rapid installation of a self-locking structure with the ventilation benefits of a perforated tray. Manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy, the tray features regularly punched holes on the bottom and side walls, while the connection points use a unique snap-fit self-locking design – no bolts, nuts, or tools required. Simply push two sections together until they click and lock automatically.

1. Tool-Free Rapid Installation
The self-locking clip eliminates tedious bolting. One person can complete assembly, increasing installation speed by over 50%. Ideal for overhead work, confined spaces, or fast-track projects.

2. Ventilation, Heat Dissipation & Drainage
The perforated design (25–45% open area) allows air circulation, reducing temperature rise in dense cable runs. Water and dust fall through the holes, minimizing maintenance and extending cable life.

3. Strong, Vibration-Resistant & Secure
The self-locking mechanism has been mechanically tested – its tensile and shear strength equals traditional bolted connections. It will not loosen under long-term vibration, making it suitable for industrial environments with moving machinery.

4. Lightweight & High Load Capacity
15–30% lighter than solid-bottom trays, with no reduction in load capacity. Reinforced ribs meet medium to heavy load ratings per JB/T 10216 and NEMA VE 1.

5. Easy Cable Dressing
Cable ties or lashing wires can be attached directly to the perforations. Convenient for branch exits and frequently adjusted wiring.
